Amendments Completed
On March 9, 2026, the Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks approved the updates to the Ganaraska Source Protection Plan, Ganaraska Assessment Report, Trent Source Protection Plan, and Trent Assessment Report as proposed by the Lower Trent Source Protection Authority in accordance with section 36 of the Clean Water Act, 2006 (CWA), as per the ERO Notice: 026-0068.
