Over the past year, the Trent Conservation Coalition Source Protection Region and Ganaraska Region Source Protection Authority have been reviewing the approved Ganaraska Source Protection Plan and Assessment Report.

Through this review, typographical errors were found within the documents. As per Section 51 of O.Reg. 287/07 of the Clean Water Act, 2006, amendments made to fix typographical errors are permitted. A description of the amendments made can be found within the Source Protection Plan in Appendix 7, as well as the Section 51 changes notice, both found on the Reports and Legislation page. Please note that although amendments were made to policies, the intent of the policy is unchanged.
